PO Instructions
We only accept PO's from government institutions, schools, and authorized vendors. The email, shipping address, and billing address will be verified. We reserve the right to refuse any PO.
PLEASE READ P.O. INSTRUCTIONS IN FULL:
If you only need a price quote, you can add the items to your shopping cart and press "Estimate Shipping."
- Minimum PO amount $30.
- You may simply fax a SIGNED copy of your PO to 770-457-4647 (be sure to include your name and email address). However, if you want to avoid the 24-48 hour processing delay, then first place your order on this web site by doing the following
- Add the desired products to your cart and select "Checkout"
- During checkout, select "Purchase Order" as the payment type
- Please complete all checkout pages, pressing the CONFIRM YOUR ORDER button at the bottom of checkout Page 3.
- You will then receive an order number. Please make a note of it. A copy of the order will be sent to your email in case you need to print it.
- Fax a SIGNED copy of your PO to 770-457-4647.
- Your order will not be processed until we have received a copy of your purchase order.
- If you completed our order process, be sure to display your order number prominently somewhere on the fax,
or include a copy of your invoice (e-mailed to you after your order is placed).
